Once the PIN number is used by the customer, the sale is final. No returns, exchanges or refunds are awarded.If you have a billing or rate question on the card you have purchased, have a problem with an access number, experience quality problems or are unable to use your phone card, please call our Customer Service number at 1-866-353-2835. Be sure to have your PIN number available when calling the customer service. If you lost your PIN number, please log into your account area and check your order history. BeyazTel.com strives to maintain up to date information about product and services on its website. However, please be advised that:

Rates are subject to change without notice.
Rates may be higher on calls to cellular phones, or originated from payphones.
Rates may be higher originated from payphones (75 government mandated fee).
Calling Cards or PINs are Not Refundable, Transferable and Exchangeable.
